Work Week Scheduler:
Utilizing Primavera P6, work closely with organization stakeholders to update and maintain the Work Week schedules accurately and comprehensively. This role requires proficiency in maintenance and/or project scheduling, familiarization with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), as well as strong communication skills for effective coordination with diverse teams.
Job Responsibilities:
* Updating and publishing T-Week schedules in accordance with processes and procedures.
* Load, level, and optimize manpower resources on Daily/Weekly Schedules as well as Project Schedules as needed.
* Work closely with Work Week Manager and Operations Coordinators to monitor and schedule Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities based on job readiness and asset availability.
* Closely monitor schedule performance and provide critical input to Work Week Manager for measuring against program key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes schedule changes and slippage, Preventive Maintenance compliance, schedule adherence, etc.
* Attend daily/weekly meetings to support the Work Week Management program as required.
* Assist Production/Projects organization by providing critical schedule data to support plant production forecasting
* Support Work Control and Maintenance Manager with daily tasks as assigned to support operations of the plant.

* This position does not officially supervise other employees and has no high-level authority or impact.
* Relies on communication, experience and judgment to execute duties.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education
* High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience
* Must have 3+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling and/or project scheduling.
* Experience with a CMMS and scheduling tool (Maximo and/or Primavera P6 preferred).
* The candidate must also be capable of obtaining a DOE Q security clearance.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Maximo and/or Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred.

In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require a preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a DOE security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
