  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Human Resources or other related field.
  • 5+ years experience working with various data and analytics platforms including Workday
  • An educational background in data analysis, computer science, and/or information technology.
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Workday Analyst to join one of our clients based in Tempe, AZ. As a Workday analyst, you will be working with the employee engagement team to develop company-wide action planning. You will act as an Employee Experience subject matter expert by researching, analyzing, and delivering useful insights regarding the employee experience using systems, reporting and processes, and other employee feedback platforms under the direction of leadership. You will also provide technical support for HRIS specific Workday modules, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

  • Represent the Employee Experience Team in IT integration projects.
  • Advises on any changes or actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  • Implement Workday business process configuration changes.
  • Validates system configuration changes, to ensure quality and stability of Workday.
  • Informs management of recurring issues or when additional team training may be required.
  • Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts.
  • View and audit incoming employee data from Self Service and Onboarding systems.
  • Resolve payroll, timekeeping and tax-related issues.
  • Answer help-desk tickets.
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Managing and addressing inquiries; reporting on data from our employee experience system.

Salary- 75-90K
