Senior Workday Supply Chain Analyst

Virginia - Hybrid (1 day per week on site)

Position Overview

We are recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Senior Workday Supply Chain Analyst to join the Information Systems team within our client in Virginia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and manage Workday application solutions, analyze complex workflows, and ensure the effective implementation and support of Workday Supply Chain modules. You will lead system projects, provide strategic recommendations, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and functional management to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize Workday Supply Chain solutions by analyzing workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead system configuration and testing to align with business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary lead for Workday-related system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Analyst to prioritize and resolve complex user requests for system changes.
  • Partner with department leaders, system owners, and super-users to ensure Workday Supply Chain modules meet operational requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain processes and Workday capabilities.
  • Perform detailed workflow analysis in user areas to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Resolve advanced technical and functional issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system processes, workflows, and configurations.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient with Workday Supply Chain functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing system support and quality control to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience with Workday applications, with a strong focus on Supply Chain modules.
  • Proven track record of leading system implementations and enhancements in a complex organizational environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Accounts.
  • Expertise in workflow analysis, system configuration, and integration management.
  • Proficiency in report development and analytics within Workday.
