As an established certified Workday Staffing Partner, we can maintain Workday Certifications and deploy consultants on various implementation projects with Workday Partners. We provide opportunities to maintain your Workday certifications, work on projects with esteemed partners, and utilize our extensive customer network to support existing, new, and prospective clients in their Workday evaluations.
If you are currently a fulltime employee Workday consultant contemplating a switch to independent consulting, we can support you through this transition. Our Workday Partner status and extensive experience in the Workday contract market will help you navigate this shift smoothly. We can maintain your Workday certifications and provide you with a steady stream of projects with Workday Partners and direct clients.
Whether you specialize in a specific module within the Core HR suite, Workday Financials suite, or Adaptive Planning, we are eager to talk to you. Your expertise is invaluable to us, and our clients have needs across a broad range of projects. Ideal Background
We seek candidates with substantial Workday experience, ideally a minimum of 3+ years. The best candidates for independent consulting have 5+ years of experience, but those with 2 years of strong experience and multiple successful projects are also encouraged to apply.
Certification Maintenance: We are sourcing seasoned and aspiring independent Workday Consultants across all workstreams for certification transfer and/or recertification. There will be experience requirements and a selection process for certification transfers or (re)certification.
