Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead for full platform Workday implementationsThe person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processesThey will work with the Guidehouse Workday Practice leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.As a Workday Data Lead your primary responsibilities may include:Responsible for managing build timelines and collaboration with project management team on tenant managementPlan and execute comprehensive configuration migration throughout deployment using Workday delivered toolsetServe as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday HCM & Financials system Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience in Workday data conversion or equivalent work; relevant experience may be substituted for formal educationThis role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest Guidehouse Office as needed or on occasion. What Would Be Nice To Have:Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles of a Guidehouse OfficeMinimum of 2 full Workday Phase 1 implementations in a Data Conversion Lead roleMinimum of 2 years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experienceStrong reporting / analytics / BI experienceDemonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPointThe annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00.
