Workday Finance Integrations Analyst / DeveloperCommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Workday Finance Integrations Analyst / Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, responsive, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Senior Integration developer with experience using Workday Technologies including Workday Studio, Inbound and Outbound EIBs, Custom Reporting and RaaS, XML and XSLT, CCB and CCTPP, Workday Web Services and APIs, Workday StudioExperience implementing and/or supporting Workday Finance Integrations for one or more associated modules - Financial Accounting, Procurement and Suppliers, or BankingProvide solution and integration development including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deploymentMaintain and support existing integrations by resolving defects, enhancing and applying required updates as necessaryStay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday productWork both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solutionProactive, with a sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesIntegration related security configurationPrism experience is a plus; or desire to learn, configure and support complex business needs using PrismRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or Master's DegreeExperience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex integrationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel expertiseExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interface directly with company leadersExcellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate dataPossesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential informationExperience performing data loads and audits of complicated dataAbility to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environmentFunctional working knowledge of Finance; HR and Payroll processes a plusTroubleshoot Integration issues and errorsWorkday reporting functionality; report writer calculated fieldsKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and lawsAttention to detail with creative problem-solving skillsWorkday experience with an emphasis on administration, relational database management, and report writingAbility to make data-driven recommendations, understand competing business priorities, and make prudent trade-offs while driving results to deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageAbility to handle multiple and diverse objectives in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:As a CommuniCare employee, you will enjoy competitive pay and PTO plans.
