Title: Workday Functional Consultant Location: RemoteJob Description: In this role, you will be working for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.
Responsibilities - Strong working experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Advanced Compensation
- Understand business requirements on HR processes and map them in Workday.
- Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB's
- Identify areas of improvement
- Suggest and improve business processes
- Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
- Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
- Impart training to users on Workday
Minimum Qualifications / Skills BE/MBA/M.Tech Should have experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:•Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical.•Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.•Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.•Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.•Good communication and customer facing skills.•Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
