- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday HCM, including Core Compensation, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation.
- Partner with business leaders to continuously improve service delivery and optimize People processes.
- Drive system releases, evaluate enhancements, and manage integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through analysis, documentation, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Follow data governance standards, ensuring data quality, security, and privacy.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience with SaaS/Cloud-based People tech, particularly Workday HCM (Pre-Hire to Retire, Core Compensation, Benefits).
- Workday PRO Certified or Partner accredited.
- Expertise in Workday tools (EIB, Studio, Report Writer, iLoad) and successful Workday implementations.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and system integrations.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into People tech solutions.
- Experience with APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST) and web services.
