Administers and supports automated systems via the construction and testing of applications within area(s) of specialization. Partners with senior developers and application architects to identify the business needs and appropriate technical solutions.Job Duties* Assists the business in determining the best technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes.* Develops detailed business work plans for analysis, testing system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.* Evaluates the configuration, implementation and maintenance of the technical requirements for the current development, staging and production environments.* Analyzes work processes, feasibility of medium to large project requests, and troubleshoots operational problems.* Develops, plans and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.* Assists in developing technology standards.* Coordinates resources required for task completion* Serves as a direct liaison to functional process owners and subject matter experts.* Completes tasks by due dates or documents variances and alerts managementMinimum Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields* Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree* 4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or* 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Healthcare* Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data.* Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self motivated and self disciplined.* Knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.* Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.* Must be able to visit multiple business and education locations (Dependent on employment location)Preferred Qualifications* Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Workday Experience and HR Operations ExperiencePhysical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.Job Description Disclaimer: This position description provides the major duties/responsibilities, requirements and working conditions for the position.
