Job Description:
Primary job duties/responsibilities: - Candidate will be responsible for gathering/identifying and documenting Workday time tracking requirements. - Candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving client issues. - Candidate will be responsible to work with the Client Lead and assist in managing their workload - Candidate must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative group - Candidate will be working under a Time Tracking Lead - Candidate will need to work in a collaborative working environment with the other consultants - Candidate must be able to interoperate client data and translate that into Workday - Candidate will be responsible to resolve and document solutions in JIRA Nice-to-have skills: 1. Workday reporting 2. Workday absence•Is industry experience needed for this role and why? Government Experience. Experience with Workday PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking). Must have previous Time Tracking experience. High experience with work schedules. Experience with unions and reading contracts. •Is it necessary for resources to be certified (YES/NO)? Yes, in Workday HCM and Time Tracking •Is it necessary for the resources to maintain their certification active? Yes. •Will the client pay for travel and expenses? No, no travel is expected. •What are the chances for extension? Possible.
