Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Onsite Meetings 2-4 times per month

Job Type: Full Time, Direct-Hire

Salary: $100,000 - 110,000k + Bonus Potential

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to add to the growing HR Team. This is a great opportunity to spearhead the configuration, maintenance and management of Workday. You'll be involved with supporting all aspect of the system and working closely with HR and IT.

Key Responsibilities of the Workday HRIS Analyst:

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related questions, issue resolution, and account maintenance.

  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on Workday functionalities.

  • Prepare, deliver, and schedule reports using Workday, generating and analyzing HR data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance user experience.

  • Support testing and validation of new features, functionality, and configurations within Workday.

  • Perform system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Create and maintain thorough documentation of Workday configurations, procedures, and business processes.

Qualifications of the Workday HRIS Analyst :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM.

  • Workday configuration expertise in one or more of the following areas: Time, Payroll, HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Absence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with HRIS project management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus experience of the Workday HRIS Analyst:
  • Workday Certification in HCM or other Workday modules.

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives within HRIS systems.

  • Familiarity with integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
