This role is located in NYC 3 days a week in office, $120k-$140k + incredible benefits. *Client Details*Prestigious, global foundation in NYC is looking for an HRIS (Workday) Analyst to join their team. This role is located in NYC 3 days a week in office, $120k-$140k + incredible benefits. *Description** Developing a roadmap and introducing new technologies for the HR department, e.g., AI, automation, etc.* Responsible for managing partnerships with external vendors, providing system support, and ensuring that the agreed SLAs are met* Collaborate with the Division Director and manage vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring they are relevant and updated regularly to ensure compliance* Responsible for collaborating with HR teams to articulate requirements and conducting feasibility analysis before moving to development* Accountable for troubleshooting Workday issues and integrations with other systems per agreed SLAs* Responsible for driving the change management and communications as appropriate in case of new P&C program or policy implementation impacting the HR technology and systems* Responsible for managing the SOPs developed for business processes in collaboration with the Portfolio manager* Accountable for regularly analyzing Workday data integrity in collaboration with the Associate Director Workforce planning, identifying potential gaps or issues, and initiating corrective action*Profile** At least 5 years' experience successfully working on Workday implementation* Experience building and managing an effective Workday ecosystem with a compatible plugin to enhance its effectiveness* Effectively work independently, with efficiency in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow initiatives through to completion, with strict deadlines and without loss of attention to detail* * Strong working knowledge of multiple P&C systems, specifically Workday core HCM, Recruitment and Talent modules* Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of the use of metrics., with advanced Excel skills * Have excellent attention to detail* Ability to work and manage external vendor* * Commitment to continuous learning and growth in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism, and social justice*Job Offer** $120k-$140k base salary* Fully covered healthcare* Incredible benefits package* Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office in NYC)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
