The HR Technology Manager is responsible for the management, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS Systems. This role provides daily supervision for the HR Technology function for the Company.
The Role:
- Lead the high performing HR Technology team.
- Manage the day-to-day HRIS Workday Systems.
- Lead system configuration, enhancements, and upgrades to meet the organizations evolving needs
- Partners with business stakeholders to define, design and optimize HR technology consistent with HR strategies compliant with regulations.
- Responsible for understanding system integration
- Subject matter expert that leads the team to troubleshoot system issues, , providing guidancance and resolving issues
- Provide training to staff members
- Be the SME for Workday within the organization
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance employee experience
- Create Advanced Workday Reports
You will need:
- A minimum of 5 years hands on experience working on all Workday HCM modules.
- Team Mentoring and Management experience
- Advanced skills in Workday integrations, configuration, system updates and upgrades.
- Exceptional communication skills.
