The Opportunity: Workday Integrations Analyst In this critical role, you will provide technical support for Workday integrations across our Financial, Human Resources, and Payroll systems. Collaborating with functional and technical teams, you'll troubleshoot, test, and optimize existing and new integrations to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help maintain the quality and consistency of our HR and financial data, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitoring and troubleshooting all system integrations, detecting and resolving technical issues
- Supporting semi-annual regression testing and collaboration with various teams to enhance integration architecture
- Designing, building, and implementing Workday Studio integrations, XML transformations, and other integration methods
- Preparing documentation to ensure quality and consistency in integration processes
- Partnering cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and HR to develop and implement integration enhancements
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years supporting Workday integrations
- Expertise in Workday Studio development, XSLT, BIRT, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and more
- Analytical thinker with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think outside the box
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative settings
The pay range for this position is below: •80,000 - 90,000 per year in New York
