Join a rapidly growing team as a Sr. Systems Engineer, specializing in Workday Payroll and other HR technology modules. This high-impact, high-visibility role gives you the chance to shape and scale HR systems, including Payroll, Time, and Absence. You'll work on innovative solutions that automate critical workflows across HR, IT Ops, Payroll, and Recruiting, simplifying complex systems with an Engineering/API-driven approach.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Workday Payroll, Time, and Absence modules.
- Lead feature releases and system updates within the Workday platform.
- Manage and support system integrations within Workday and middleware.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through analysis, documentation, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
- Follow best practices for data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with SaaS/Cloud-based HR/Payroll technology, including Workday Payroll, Time, and Absence.
- Workday Payroll PRO Certified or Partner accredited.
- Strong knowledge of Workday tools (EIB, Studio, Report Writer, iLoad).
- Proven success in Workday implementations and integrations.
- Experience with database architecture, HR business processes, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST) and integration technologies.
