The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience with Oracle and Workday systems, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle and Workday systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support.

Budget and Resource Management: - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT projects.
- Extensive experience with Oracle and Workday implementations and integrations.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
