As a
Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant you will serve as an expert in our Workday Reporting and Analytics practice to deliver superior results to our clients by designing and implementing solutions using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and other related tools in support of HCM and/or Financials implementations.
As a Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to: - Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Reporting Consultant
- Develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with client requirements
- Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
- Maintain your Workday reporting certifications
- Understand and apply Workday and CrossVue methodologies
- Work closely with other project team members from both CrossVue and clients
- Design, develop, test, and migrate reports as part of Workday implementations
- Continue to develop your expertise in Workday reporting and analytics
- Maintain your Workday reporting certifications
- Understand and apply Workday and CrossVue methodologies
We're looking for someone with: - 2+ years of professional services experience in a client facing role at a leading consulting firm, big four accounting firm, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting Workday Advanced Reports, Workday Matrix Reports and Workday Composite Reports
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet client requirements
- Knowledge of Workday configuration across multiple Workday functional modules including, but not limited to foundation, security, business processes, and implementation tools
- Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment, but also a self-starter who can take on new challenges and work independently
- Ability to work with multiple clients at the same time
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, or a related field desired
- Experience being a Workday Reporting Lead on Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations preferred
- Current Workday Reporting certification strongly preferred
- Must be eligible to work within the United States without sponsorship

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well-being.
