The role will be responsible for the configuration and administration of Workday's domain security policies, business process security policies, authentication and mobile access policies, and the assignment of role-based security within the Workday application.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business and technical disciplines to execute a comprehensive application process. This role will work directly with a Workday partner to ensure the successful implementation of Workday security policies.The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Workday experience in security administration, and cross application management, preferably in healthcare or higher education or similar application experience Deep understanding or desire to learn Workday security architecture and best practices. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve security issues. Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with multiple IT and business partners Responsibilities: Designs, configures. implements, and maintains Workday security policies, security groups and roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access control across all Workday tenants. Identifies, analyzes and documents requirements and recommends appropriate security modifications to domain and business process policies. Collaborates with domain and workstream leads to define specific security requirement. Engages with internal stakeholders for input and ratification of security role assignments Ensure roles are assigned appropriately to the correct persons Regularly monitor security logs and perform audits and prevent any unauthorized access. Monitors access to the system and tier 1 case management for user accounts Makes approved changes to domain and business process policies. Assigns role and user-based security. Partners with internal authentication and identity management team Ensure that Workday security configurations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PII, HIPAA). Conduct regular security audits for all tenants Works closely with Rush internal audit to demonstrate provisioning processes and procedures adhere to Rush policy and best practice. Stay informed about Workday updates and new features related to security and manage the implementation of necessary changes or improvements. Participates in the development, implementation, configuration and testing of Workday. Maintains confidentiality about information being processed, stored or accessed Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
