Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Workday Solution Architect

Responsibilities

  • Workday HCM implementation experience is required including Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation & Talent Management. Hands-on configuration experience must have.
  • Experience with at least 4 functional areas within the Workday suite of applications (HCM, Basic and Advance Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning)
  • Must have knowledge and experience about the latest offerings from Workday and be able to apply those features/functionalities to company-specific business processes.
  • Skills and implementation experience to Workday Security must have.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech
  • Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical.

• Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.

• Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management required.

• Experience in leading and executing testing in all the cycles of the project.

• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

• Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
