About the Role

Join our team as a Workday Strategic Sourcing Lead to drive end-to-end integration solutions for Workday applications, including Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. You'll lead integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

+ Workday Certification in Strategic Sourcing (required, active maintenance needed).

+ 5+ years of experience in Workday Strategic Sourcing and Procurement integration.

+ Proven skills in integration architecture, business process mapping, and data entity management.

+ Experience with public sector or similar industries is a plus.

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Charlotte, NC.

+ As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution for the project. Your day-to-day activities will include driving client discussions to define the integration requirements, translating business requirements to technology solutions, mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

+ Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

+ Expert proficiency in Workday Procurement is required.

+ Design and implement innovative integration solutions to meet the project's requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between systems.

+ Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

+ Lead and mentor junior integration team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

+ Identify and mitigate integration risks to ensure successful project delivery.
