- Workday testing experience in at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM, with at least two programs as Test Lead / Coordinator.
- Strong experience in coordinating with multiple stake holders like business testers, development team members, 3rd party/external vendor stakeholders, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan.
- Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, HSPII, etc.
Good to have skills
- Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance
- Experience with a test automation tool
- Experience in Integrations
- Exposure to Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and other tools used as Integration middleware
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating the testing plan and facilitating the gathering of testing scenarios / use cases.
- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
- Ensures entry and exit criteria are met for each testing phase/cycle.
- Provide testing dashboard reports on the % completion, defect count and aging, etc.
