Compensation
- $70,000 - $85,000/year+ ( based on experience)

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- 3-5 years of experience handling IL/IN/WI Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims
- Active Adjuster's License is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.
