YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Workforce Development trainer will focus on work force development for various project sites. This includes facilitating on-boarding duties, perform skills assessments and skills training for new hires, hands-on skills training, in-person classroom setting electrical knowledge training.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Train Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices on electrical skills in classroom setting or hands-on training. Facilitate during on-boarding assisting the Safety department and admins following our on-boarding workflow and covering job specific needs. Manage new hires. Train employees on the following:
Identify potential system problems and escalate to other departments as necessary for resolution. Resolve issues with customer service skills, problem solving skills, technical thinking, and reasoning skills. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.
