Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance via-telephone, email and on site for: password reset, wireless network connection, Canvas Support, basic computer setup and other technical support as needed.
* Provides proper lab sanitation and social distancing
* guidance and official campus policy enforcement for lab occupants as needed.
* Sanitizes lab areas as students/users leave throughout the shift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to commit to the work schedule established each semester and to arrive on time for work consistently.
* Helpful with a customer service oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
* Ability to communicate effectively and congenially in spoken and written English.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with computer hardware and software (desired). This job requires evening and/or weekend work outside of university business hours.
