We also combine specialized sector expertise with unparalleled real estate experience.The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team and run Workplace Experience and & Occupancy for JLL's Work Dynamics business line. This pivotal role will drive our global strategy in workplace optimization, employee experience, and occupancy management across our clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:* Develop and implement a global occupancy planning and workplace experience strategy that aligns with our organization's vision, goals, and culture.* Ensure the implementation of Occupancy and Experience (OE) Standards across all divisions, with any required configuration for specific divisions.* Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate workplace strategies with overall business objectives.* Lead global initiatives to optimize space utilization, enhance employee experience, and drive operational efficiency.Innovation and Transformation:* Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in occupancy planning and workplace design.* Drive digital transformation initiatives to create smart, connected workplaces that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.* Anticipate future trends in work patterns and develop proactive strategies to adapt our global workplace portfolio.Global Portfolio Optimization:* Oversee the management and optimization of our global real estate portfolio, ensuring it supports business needs while maximizing cost-efficiency.* Target and drive improvement in profitability, collaborating with senior leadership.* Develop and implement global occupancy standards and guidelines that can be adapted to local needs and regulations.* Lead strategic decision-making on workspace investments, consolidations, and expansions across all regions.* Support the strategy and implementation for self-performance of services (in-sourcing in accordance with our standard country delivery model).Employee Experience and Wellbeing:* Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, focusing on wellness, productivity, and engagement.* Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to create seamless, technology-enabled workplace experiences that support diverse work styles and preferences.* Partner with Account Leaders to resolve any major experience or occupancy issues, ensuring consistent high-quality workplace experiences across all regions.Data Analytics and Reporting:* Establish global KPIs and metrics for occupancy planning and workplace experience.* Leverage advanced analytics to drive data-informed decisions and demonstrate ROI on workplace initiatives.* Provide regular reports and insights to the board and executive leadership on global occupancy trends and workplace performance.Team Leadership and Development:* Build and lead a high-performing global team of workplace strategists, occupancy planners, and experience designers.* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across regional teams.* Develop succession plans and career paths for key roles within the global workplace organization.* Identify talent and support overall succession planning for OE resources assigned to accounts.* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across regional and global teams.Stakeholder Management:* Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regional leaders, employees, vendors, and industry partners.* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Workplace Experience and Occupancy, supporting sales, renewals, and growth opportunities.* Represent the organization at industry events and forums as a thought leader in workplace strategy and occupancy planning.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related business field.* 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing global workplace strategies in a large, complex organization.* Strong understanding of global real estate markets, workplace technologies, and emerging trends in the future of work.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.* Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment.* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of work on a global scale, driving innovation and excellence in how we utilize our workplaces to support our people and business objectives.
