You'll leverage research, analytics, and creative thinking to deliver impactful solutions that address current challenges and prepare organizations for the future of work.In this role, you will...Support the execution of a range of workplace strategy client engagements.Conduct a broad range of discovery activities, including focus groups, interviews and surveys.Analyze client data and discovery findings and translate insights to actionable workplace strategy recommendations.Contribute to creating various presentations and reports, presenting complex ideas in a way that clients can readily understand.Create materials illustrating workplace strategy concepts to support client presentation pitches.Contribute to thought leadership developed by the team and stay current on workplace and employee experience trends and emerging technologies in order to inform strategic recommendations.What you'll bring2-3+ years of experience in Workplace Strategy; this experience could be at a variety of firms, e.g. architecture & interior design, consulting, or end-user.Bachelor's degree in a related field.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; solid grasp of Excel sufficient to enable utilization analysis. Excellent command of PowerPoint, adequate to enable the creation of compelling visual presentations.Space and occupancy planning experience a plus.Change management experience or certification a plus.Approximate Salary Range for Role: $91,850 to $115,000Colliers International provides equal employment opportunity to all persons.
