We work with various businesses in the New Orleans and surrounding areas to distribute employee benefit plans, placing a high value on customer service and focusing on building strong relationships with our clients. As a benefits representative, we meet with business owners and their employees to help them to protect their most valuable asset: their families. All the while providing an environment that promotes personal and professional growth.Job Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with Individuals, HR Directors, and Business Owners
• Meet with and educate business owners and HR Directors to determine which solutions best fit their needs and the needs of their business and employees
• Continued customer service by working with all new and existing policyholders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiarity with computer and smart phone applications
• Ability to give in-person and virtual presentations.
• Sales, marketing, insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Pre-existing relationships in prior B2B work with some book of business to prospect a plus.
• Background check required; Valid Driver's license is required; Must have access to a vehicle everyday
• Must be able to work in and around the Greater New Orleans Area
