Job Description:
Reports To The Workspace Security Architect will report to the Head of Service Delivery of ITCS Americas Job Overview We are looking for an experienced end user technologist with strong security architecture background to join a growing team of technical enthusiasts to deliver best-in-class solutions for our most demanding customers. As part of ITCS's delivery team as an individual contributor, you will be participating in our digital practices to help advance our capabilities by leveraging your specialty knowledge. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Advise customers on the right solution for their situation using your extensive experience and your understanding of their business
  • Assist with the development and implementation of workplace design standards related to modern workplace solutions for our customers
  • Creating policies and procedures to secure computer networks and deter unauthorized access and use of data
  • Develop security policies, procedures and plans for an organization's physical facilities and information technology infrastructure
  • Analyzing and identifying weaknesses in existing security systems and recommending solutions to improve them
  • Responsible for leading design and engineering efforts for development of new ITCS service capabilities on public cloud infrastructure
  • Development and maintain workspace strategy and roadmaps for ITCS
  • Staying apprised of industry trends and training junior team members as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud/Virtualization Infrastructure (VMWare, Citrix, Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with technologies part of the new hybrid workplace (Azure Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot, SCCM, Microsoft 365 suite, Azure etc.
  • Experience in integrating concepts as Identity, Communication & Collaboration, Device Management; Security, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of various DevSecOps processes and tooling
  • Understand common workplace challenges and can build creative solutions using the varied tools at your disposal
  • Flexible and agile in your approach, able to adapt to changing requirements, schedules and priorities as is common in workplace transformations
  • Familiar with automation techniques leveraging automated Infrastructure-as-Code pipeline
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent writing, planning, budgeting, estimating and presentation skills
  • Former experience with financial services and other high security organization verticals a plus
  • MSc/MBA/BSc/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant field is a plus
