This role, requiring 80% onsite and 20% remote work, involves configuring and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, as well as supporting mobile devices and telecommunications. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, the ability to travel within and beyond the region, and strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN environments, Remedy ticketing systems, and premise cabling.Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC hardware/software in an enterprise LAN/WAN environment.
- 2 years of experience installing and supporting laptops/docking stations.
- 2 years of experience installing and supporting multifunction print devices.
- 2 years of experience with Remedy or similar ticketing system.
- 2 years of experience with premise cabling (installing Cat5e/6 cable and terminations).
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability and flexibility to travel to attend trainings, meetings, or assist other districts when required.
- Possess the following core competencies: continuous attention to detail, high performance in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Disciplined to follow established SOPs, and effective communication skills, both written and spoken, in the English language.

- Experience with Cisco VPN router installation and support.
- Experience with Active Directory.

Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and software to meet user requirements.
- Deploy and maintain Cisco VPN routers, including the installation and configuration of Cisco AnyConnect VPN software.
- Assign workstation names in Active Directory and connect/disconnect PCs and printers to network or local devices.
- Upgrade PC equipment by replacing or adding components such as memory, hard drives, and I/O cards.
- Perform network cabling tasks, including installing, testing, and troubleshooting Cat5e/6 cables and terminations.
- Provide end-user training for newly deployed hardware and software, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Respond to workstation-related issues onsite and remotely, resolving problems and updating Remedy tickets.
- Support enterprise user account requests and address PC compliance through SCCM monitoring and reporting.
- Configure, issue, and support mobile iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads while maintaining updates via MDM.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Remedy Asset Management System and coordinate equipment logistics.
