Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs and evaluatespatient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit. Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses.
