Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, located in Valley Cottage, NY, is in a quiet country setting in the heart of Rockland County. It is a foremost subacute rehab and long-term care provider. We are highly regarded in the community for our longstanding reputation.

We seek an RN with expertise in wound care to provide resident care and services under the direction of our DON and by the laws, rules, and regulations of federal, state, and local agencies governing long-term care. The Wound Care Nurse is expected to perform daily rounds of wound care treatment for residents.

Qualifications:

• RN license to work in NY State
• 2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care environment (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience handling wound care matters
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have compassionate and caring skills
• Must have experience assessing wounds, drainage, and pressure injuries.
• Wound Care Certfication, preferred
