IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED! Compensation $75k - $85k HomeWorks Energy is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Field Supervisor to direct and manage our South Shore territory. As the manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the weatherization install division, including overseeing a team of installers and administrative processes. Other responsibilities will include: Creating and fostering a positive culture, meeting the companies' targets, training employees, making personnel decisions, ensuring exemplary customer service, engaging with vendors and monitoring financial activities. As a Home Performance Contractor in the Mass Save Program, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the utility companies and associated lead vendors, as well as complying with all program standards, QC thresholds, rules and regulations. Having previous experience in the Mass Save program is preferred. Weatherization Field Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Training team leads and staff
- Evaluating performance and productivity through use of metrics
- Create action plans to improve existing policies and procedures
- Perform quality control inspections
Weatherization Field Supervisor Requirements:
- Construction management experience
- Mass Save experience strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience is a plus
