Who are we looking for?
Works as a strategic partner with business leaders, external vendors, clients and others to facilitate technology and process based business solutions. Plans, develops and implements technology-based and process-based business solutions. Perform analysis, design and development of WYNSURE policy administration system for new systems as well as modifications to existing systems. Provides production support , develops, tests and analyzes tools to support additional business efficiencies in data quality, production and resources to reduce total cost of ownership of business applications.
Technical Skills:
· Insurance domain Knowledge is required.
· eWAM / Wynsure application developer with 4+ years of experience.
· Well versed with GOLD language
· Strong knowledge of Life Insurance lines of business (both individual and Group) and various products like
Term, Whole, Universal, Disability, Critical Illness etc.
· Sound understanding of policy administration functions and good exposure to enrollment, underwriting, billing,
claims
· Minimum 2+ years of Dot Net / Java / C++ or any other object oriented programming language, preferably in insurance industry
· Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming method
· Knowledge of database systems (MS SQL preferred) and data query procedures
· XML or related technologies exposure a plus
· Experience with **** development tools or the Wynsure Insurance application highly desirable
