Currently, we are looking for a full-time ***Yard Attendant*** to join our team at our *Maple Grove, Minnesota* location. **General Overview:**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Ability to operate various types of loading equipment (will train if needed)
* Prompt scheduling & response for company mobilizations
* Availability for odd working hours, weekends & nights if needed
* Work effectively with team
* Maintaining safety standards and procedures
* Pressure washing equipment
* Assisting with various yard duties
* Cleaning and stocking tool trailers/connex boxes
* Snow removal for office/shop in winter months
* Managing small tools/inventory
* Managing consumable items/inventory
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Build and maintain long term business relationships
**Candidate Profile:**
* Excellent driving & safety record
* Familiarity with construction industry and equipment knowledge (including operation, mechanical aspects)
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Detailed and organized
* Self-motivated and independent
**Job Qualifications:**
* Will train the right individual for the job
* Must be 18+ years of age
* Physical exertion required including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50+ lbs.
* Frequent exposure to the elements
**Work Hours & Compensation:**
* Must be willing to work extended hours if needed
* Compensation: Hourly Wage (weekly pay-period)
