As Yard Crew Member, it is your job to ensure the rental and return of equipment runs smoothly. You will communicate with customers, counter staff, and perform a variety of manual tasks, maintain and clean equipment. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic will go far. Outstanding performance in this role will pave the way for advancement opportunities.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.Careful attention to safety.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and safely move a minimum 50 pounds unassisted with proper technique. Continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, and maneuvering material or equipment.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist with customer inquiries about equipment.Test, load and unload equipment, assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental.Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order.Verify rental tickets and returns for accuracy.Other duties assigned as needed.What we provide:Full time employees can participate in medical, dental, supplemental insurance, 401k & profit sharing.
