Job Posting: Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Swing Shift Yard Loader Operator for our Servtex Quarry located in New Braunfels, TX. We provide the materials to build our future. We're looking for a reliable Yard Loader Operator to efficiently control the raw materials and replenishment process. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of heavy equipment experience, and familiarity with open pit mining operations and aggregate products. MSHA training is a plus. The physical requirements include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing, lifting, and working in various climates. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Complete pre- and post-shift safety inspections daily
• Responsible for knowing aggregate products and maintaining stockpiles
• Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner
• Communicate repair and safety issues to supervisor and/or mechanic
• Perform minor repairs on equipment
• Other duties as assigned
