Join our team as a Yard Loader Operator for the Servtex Quarry in New Braunfels, TX. Heidelberg Materials North America is a leading provider of construction materials, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections
• Load customer trucks safely and accurately
• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure quality service
• Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least two years of heavy equipment experience
• Previous open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience a plus
• MSHA training is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform the required tasks
