Employees receive 16 hours of paid volunteer time per yearOpportunities for career advancement and professional development Primary Responsibilities Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usageDocument incoming and outgoing equipmentAssist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and equipment cleaningDemonstrate, load and unload equipmentMaintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating proceduresServe as responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standardsMaintain a safe and hazard-free workplaceServe as an advocate for EquipmentShare's culture and uphold our high standards of customer experienceAssist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager Skills & QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Safety training required and PPE required when applicableOccasional lifting may be required, up to 50 lbsValid driver's license Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Must be able to be outside during extreme temperaturesMust be able to stand, sit, bend and stoopMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsThis is a safety-sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen EquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V#J-18808-Ljbffr
