Hiring Yard Workers for our McCoy Construction and Forestry Dealership in Duluth, MN Yard Workers purpose is to help with tasks within all departments. As a Yard Worker, your goal is to limit all departments' downtime to run the day-to-day business more efficiently. While performing job duties, Yard Workers will gain basic knowledge on how each department operates. Yard Worker Responsibilities: Clean, align and rotate equipment displays to create the best image for the business Provide thorough inspection of new equipment Check in equipment for service and keep yearlong file of IN/OUT records of whole goods Ensure equipment has all the proper documentation before leaving the store Assist in loading the equipment leaving the store, including proper rental agreement, Insurance certificate from the customer, etc. Maintain a list of all equipment and attachments in inventory, reviews and updates whole goods and attachment inventory as needed Assist the parts department to ensure products are stored properly and placed on proper shelves in the parts warehouse Work in conjunction with other departments to maintain and clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and employees Deliver parts and machine attachments to customers as needed Coordinate daily activities of equipment at branch, including sales, service, parts and inventory Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, electronic, or schedule form Yard Worker Requirements: Construction and forestry equipment experience required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Forklift certified (will train on the job for right candidate) Good work ethic Ability to handle fast-paced work environment Strong communication skills (oral and written) McCoy Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
