Job Summary:
Reporting to the Controller, the Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall Yardi training program for internal training. Adapting and growing this program as the organization evolves will be a critical component of this role along with oversight of one Yardi trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine appropriate training requirements and format for internal users of Yardi
• Develop job aids that are simple and concise to maintain throughout the organization
• Collaborate with operational teams to assess business needs, training schedules, etc
• Foster close working relationships with Yardi support team
• Establish and implement training schedule to meet business needs
• Work collaboratively with internal partners to adapt training expectations to changing business needs
• Maintain user access and security within Yardi
• Direct oversight of one Yardi trainer
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience working within multiple facets of Yardi with specific multi-family experience
• Specific Yardi experience to include: Voyager (residential), Payscan, Vendor Café, RentCafe Suite
• 2+ years experience in training and development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability build relationships
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills; detail-oriented and thorough
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self‐starter comfortable working in an environment with evolving roles and responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
