- Provide Level 3 support for network security infrastructure, with a focus on Palo Alto or Fortinet technologies.
- Lead firewall projects, including the creation of new policies, incident response, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement next-generation Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls, along with Cisco ISE, while upgrading network security infrastructure.
- Shadow senior engineers during the initial month to gain familiarity with technology and processes.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Skills Must Haves:
- Experience in Palo Alto or Fortinet L3 support and project implementation.
- Stronger preference for Palo Alto skills.Nice to Haves:
