Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Be a positive role model for the youth and resolve conflict in a constructive fashion.
- Take crisis calls, conduct call screenings, intakes and discharges.
- Support daily case management goals for the youth.
- Teach and model the skills necessary to maintain good health through the teaching of healthy eating habits.
- After training provide passing medication through our Medication Administration policy using proper documentation.
- Provide concise communication via case notes, staff logs, phone contacts, resident files, medical administration forms, etc.
- Display teamwork through supportive communication, participation in the development of case management plans and attending staff meetings.
- Maintain appropriate involvement in daily and recreational activities with the youth through positive role-modeling, sportsmanship and safety.
- Driving and/or transporting youth as needed.
- In charge of meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) using provided menu.
- Following resident discharge strip the bed, sanitize the room, and wash the sheets.
- Assist with maintaining the living room and kitchen clean.
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21
- Dependable transportation for in-person.

- Lived experience in place of certain credentials will be considered for all positions.
