WHO WE WANT TO HIRE
We are looking for therapists / counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families to join our WISe team. Our therapists:
- Work with a team providing in-home integrated behavioral health services to Medicaid eligible youth with complex behavioral needs and their families.
- Work with families in their homes and communities.
- Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families.
- Individualize services to best meet the specific needs of each youth and family, with the goal of preventing out-of-hoe psychiatric placement.

Competitive Compensation
- $1,500 sign-on bonus!
- Master's degree: $60,078 - $64,556 annual salary, DOE
- Bachelor's degree: $54,190 - $58,261 annual salary, DOE
- Paid mileage and paid travel time
- 5% bilingual salary add-on for some languages
- This is a non-exempt position that qualifies for overtime compensation
HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field and 2 years' experience, OR Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling or related field and 5 years' experience.
- Experience with individuals with serious mental health conditions.
- Residence in Spokane County, or a willingness to relocated upon hire.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs and respond to client crises (including some evenings and weekends).
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
- Valid driver's license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
- At least 21 years of age.
