Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTFs are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. This position provides quality client care and close intensive supervision of our clients. *Some weekends are required*Starting Pay: $19.36-$20.63Responsibilities:Provide a nurturing environment to all clientsProvide supervision to clientsUse behavior management techniques appropriately with clientsMedication administrationComplete client reports, care plans and records promptly and maintain client files in accordance with program proceduresQualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderBachelor's degree in social services, human services, or related field preferredAble to stay calm and emotionally available in an environment serving disturbed youth
