Curriculum Facilitation: Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans written by the classroom Teacher to support early childhood development.3. Child Safety: Prioritizing the safety and security of our children by diligently following safety procedures.4. Parent Communication: Fostering positive relationships and open communication with parents by providing updates and answering questions.5. Organized Environment: Help to provide a clean, organized classroom and equipment to create a quality learning environment.6. Crisis Response: Being prepared to handle unexpected situations and emergencies promptly and effectively.7. Prior experience working in an early childhood or educational setting is a plus. CPR & First Aid Certification and Child Abuse prevention training will be completed within 90 days of hire and are provided by the YMCA.
