The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Youth Development Specialist Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $18.92 - $23.64 DOE
Title Benefits:
Youth Development Specialist Summary: The Youth Development Specialist works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing supportive services which promote the youths abilities and developmental skills. Become a specialist that teaches youth specific skills, such as anger management skills, social skills, self-regulation skills, etc. within the youths service plan. This position involves participation and implementation of program goals to promote a strengths-based, client centered approach to assist youth in achieving individual goals.
Youth Development Specialist Education: Must meet State of Oregon (OARs) requirements and MHACBO certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), meeting the following minimum qualifications:

Youth Development Specialist Responsibilities:
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Oregon drivers license, insurable driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported or any agency business is conducted by the employee using his/her personal vehicle. Must meet the requirements to become MHACBO QMHA Certified. Certification must be maintained for the length of employment.
