Join our team as a Competitive Youth Travel Team Soccer CoachSoccer Stars United is a New York City based organization dedicated to providing competitive soccer playing opportunities for youth players of all ages. As a head coach, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young athletes on our travel teams and help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality soccer training sessionsCreate a positive and supportive team environmentDevelop and implement player development plansCommunicate with players, parents, and other coachesGuide regionally competitive teams in weekend league games and tournamentsFall and spring training schedule M, W, and FWinter training schedule 2 practices per team per weekMinimum Requirements:Previous high level club, high school or college coaching experiencePrevious experience coaching girls soccerStrong soccer knowledge and skills to demonstrate with college playing background (professional playing preferred)Ability and experience to work with players u11-u12Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid coaching certification (Minimum USSF 'D' license with USSF 'C' license preferred)Competitive Pay: $11,000-$13,000 per year depending on experience.
