About the JobThe Youth Program Director, under the leadership of the Senior Director of Out of School Time, is responsible for supervising and managing operations, staff development, and program implementation for a cohort of elementary school sites contracted with the Stonestown Family YMCA. This role oversees staff within the youth programs, including Site Coordinators, Lead Staff, and Program Leaders. The Youth Program Director also acts as a liaison with various public and private entities to support the mission of the YMCA.
The Youth Program Director is responsible for leading and managing the Out of School Time programs at the Stonestown Family YMCA, ensuring safety, program quality, and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with staff, participants, volunteers, and community partners, while collaborating with senior leadership to implement strategic plans for youth development. The Director also oversees fiscal management, including budgeting, contract administration, and contributes to the YMCA's Annual Giving Campaign.
