OverviewReports To: Assistant Program DirectorClassification: Non-ExemptRate of Pay: $16.75/hour base with additional $1.50/hour pay differential for overnight and holiday hours. *Overnight/awake hours consists of all hours worked between 9:00pm-6:30am*Schedule: Saturday-Monday 9:00pm-6:30amAbout CEDARSAt CEDARS, our mission is to help children achieve safety, stability, and enduring family relationships. Click (here) to learn more about our journey.Job SummaryPioneers Center serves as the only short-term emergency shelter for kids (ages 12-18) who do not have immediate access to another safe living arrangement in southeast Nebraska. Kids may be referred to the Pioneers Center because of a history of abuse, neglect or domestic violence; alternative to juvenile detention; interruption of a foster care placement; homelessness; hospitalization of a parent/guardian; or for short-term stabilization. A variety of levels of care are offered at the Pioneers Center. Crisis stabilization is a more intensive level of care that involves the support of a CEDARS therapist.
