Our Mission is to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports!Job Summary The Youth Sports Coordinator is responsible for delivering a great sports experience for kids and parents on game days. From coaching and high-fives, to equipment set up and organizing, to refereeing and game management, you'll have a blast teaching kids the fundamentals of sport!ResponsibilitiesAssist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports.Facilitate and referee games - understand rules, keep score and time, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coaching mindset!Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship valuesEngage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experienceThis is a Good Fit If You...Have experience working with kidsAre skilled at delivering positive customer service - are you high energy, positive, upbeat!?Have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer, flag football, baseball, volleyball or basketballAble to work Weekends in NovatoWhat this Job Will Provide You (Besides Pay)Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
